  2. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of use
    The legal basis for processing operations in which we obtain consent for a specific purpose of processing is always Art. a GDPR. If our company is subject to a legal (legal) obligation which requires the processing of personal data and which is based on EU law or the law of the Member State to which we are subject, the processing shall be based on Article 6 sec. 1 p. 1 lit. c GDPR. Furthermore, the processing may be processed on Art. d GDPR when vital interests are affected (danger to life and/or disaster). In addition, the legal basis for the processing of personal data of Article 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f GDPR. In this case, we will give you our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 sec. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR separately.

    a) Visit to our website
    When you visit our website, your browser automatically sends information to the server of our website, which is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. This information is as follows:
    • IP address of the requesting computer,
    • The date and time of access,
    • Name and URL of the retrieved file,
    • Website from which access is made (referrer URL),
    • browser used and, if applicable, your computer's operating system and the name of your access provider.

    The storage takes place until the automatic deletion after seven days. We process this data for the following purposes:
    • Ensuring a smooth connection of the website,
    • Ensuring comfortable use of our website,
    • Evaluation of system security and stability as well as
    • for other administrative purposes.

    The data processing carried out by us is based on Art. f GDPR as the legal basis. The purposes of data collection listed above justify our legitimate interest. We do not draw any conclusions about your person from the data collected.

    b) Contact form
    There is a contact form on our website, which you can use for any questions. This type of data processing is carried out in accordance with Art. a GDPR with your voluntary consent. A valid e-mail address is required to know and respond to the sender of the request. All other information is voluntary.

    All personal data collected by us through the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted as soon as your request has been completed.

  3. Disclosure of data
    Your personal data will not be forwarded to third parties. Forwarding occurs only in the following cases:
    • You have explicit consent in accordance with Art. a GDPR for transfer to third parties;
    • The transfer is in accordance with Art. f GDPR is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests or that of a third party, in particular to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, and you do not have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data;
    • A legal obligation under Art. c GDPR;
    • The data are provided in accordance with Art. b GDPR for the processing of contractual relationships with you. In this case, your personal data will be passed on to third parties exclusively to the service partners involved in the execution of the contract, such as the credit institution responsible for payment matters and the service company responsible for merchandise management and accounting, provided that this is absolutely necessary for the fulfilment and execution of the contract. In the case of disclosure to third parties, the extent of the data passed on is limited to the minimum required in the context of the execution of the contract.

  4. Affected rights
    The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has significantly extended your rights. These are listed below and briefly explained, citing the legal basis.
    • Information, Art. 15 GDPR: You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us. These include, for example, information on processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned retention period, the existence of a right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or opposition, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of their data, if not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and, where applicable, meaningful information on its details;
    • Right to rectification, Art. 16 GDPR: You can immediately request the correction of inaccurate or completion of your personal data stored by us;
    • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), Art. 17 GDPR: You have a right to erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information,fulfillment of a legal obligation, is necessary for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims;
    • Right to restriction of processing, Art. 18 GDPR: You may request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. The condition is that the accuracy of the data is disputed by you or that the processing is unlawful, but that you refuse to delete it or that we no longer need the data, but that you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or that you have filed an objection to the processing in accordance with Article 21 GDPR (point 7);
    • Right to data transfer, Art. 20 GDPR: You may request that you receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or that it be transmitted to another controller;
    • Withdrawal of consent, Art. 7 sec. 3 GDPR: You can revoke your once-granted consent to us at any time. As a result, we are not allowed to continue the processing of data based on this consent for the future. However, this does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent until the revocation;
    • Right to appeal, Art. 77 GDPR: You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection regulations. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our seat.

  5. Right of objection
    They also have the right to object under Article 21 GDPR. This applies to your personal data, which is based on legitimate interests in accordance with Art. e or f GDPR, and insofar as there are grounds for objecting to the processing resulting from your particular situation. If you object to direct mail, you have an unrestricted right of objection, even without specifying a specific situation.

    Automatic decision-making or profiling does not take place.
